  • Using product and medication names on websites and social media is not approved in Australia by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). We use a selection of premium, market-leading anti-wrinkle and dermal filler products, approved for use in Australia, which can be freely discussed at your appointment.

  • ‘Anti-wrinkle’ is the term used to describe Botulinum Toxin-A. This is a prescription muscle relaxant and works by blocking the nerve signals that cause muscles to contract. Reduced muscle movement prevents skin from creasing when you make facial expressions. This ultimately prevents the formation of new lines and wrinkles, while also helping to soften preexisting dynamic ones.

  • Yes. Anti-wrinkle injections are one of the most effective treatments available on the market for the prevention of lines and wrinkles.

  • Anti-wrinkle typically last for up to 3 - 4 months, however individual results vary depending on a range of factors. For optimal results, we recommend booking maintenance treatments at 3 month intervals, before full movement of the muscle has returned.

  • The dermal fillers used by DeBloom Aesthetics are hyaluronic acid (HA) based gels. HA is naturally occurring in the body. Dermal fillers can be used to enhance shape and restore volume that has been lost naturally through the ageing process

Different dermal filler products are selected based on their unique properties such as consistency and viscosity, and the area being treated.

  • You may experience some slight pressure and discomfort during your treatment. A topical anaesthetic will be applied to sensitive areas before your treatment. Additionally, many dermal filler products are incorporated with an injectable anaesthetic, which can allow the treatment to become gradually more comfortable after a few injections.

  • The longevity of your dermal filler will depend on several factors, including the type of filler used, the area injected, as well as your metabolism. Dermal fillers in the lips usually lasts around 6 months, whereas dermal fillers in the cheeks and chin can last up to 1 - 2 years.

  • Very likely. Bruising is a very common side effect from dermal filler treatments, however anti-bruising creams are available from most chemists which you are free to apply the day after your treatment.

Due to the risk of bruising, we recommend leaving 1 - 2 weeks between your dermal filler treatment and any special events.

  • Bioremodelling is considered next generation hyaluronic acid that remodels skin tissue on a cellular level and works to prevent or reverse noticeable signs of skin ageing and sagging. The treatment is ideal for rejuvenating skin, through increasing skin hydration as well as decreasing crepey, lax or sagging skin tissue.

The intradermal administration allows an optimal quantity of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) to be brought directly to the tissue being treated. Bioremodeller treatments are known for their extensive spreadability and low viscosity, as well as their high cohesivity and tissue integration.

  • The recommended treatment protocol is an initial cycle of TWO treatment sessions with a 30-day interval. Followed by a maintenance treatments every six months. However a third initial treatment is recommended for patients with advanced signs of skin ageing and visibly crepey skin. In this case, this would be three treatment sessions with a 30-day interval, as well as maintenance treatments every six months.

  • No, there is no actual downtime following Bioremodeller treatment. Patients should expect to see small mosquito looking bites immediately following treatment however for most individuals this subside within the hour. For patients with crepey skin, these tiny mosquito looking bites tend to last no longer then one day.
